Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact Spin My Party as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments made. Requests to reschedule more than 30 days before the event may be transferred to a new available date at our discretion. Final Payment: Any remaining balance must be paid before the start of the event. Services and add-ons are not guaranteed until payment requirements have been met. Event Changes: Changes to event times, locations, selected services, backdrops, customizations or add-ons are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Setup & Access: The client is responsible for ensuring Spin My Party has adequate access to the venue and sufficient space, power and setup time for the services booked. Outdoor services must be protected from rain, excessive wind and other unsafe weather conditions. Delays: Rental time is based on the contracted event time. Delays caused by the client, venue or circumstances outside of Spin My Party's control may reduce operating time and do not automatically extend the rental period. Equipment: Clients are responsible for ensuring guests use Spin My Party equipment and props appropriately. The client may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence or excessive damage by guests. Custom Items: Personalized or custom-designed items may become non-refundable once design, production or purchasing has begun. Unforeseen Circumstances: If Spin My Party is unable to provide a booked service due to an emergency, equipment failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative, reschedule the service or issue an appropriate refund for the affected service.
