Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Spin My Party, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings and rentals.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable due to reserved inventory, scheduling commitments, and preparation costs.

If the event must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduled events may be credited toward a future booking at the discretion of Spin My Party.

In the unlikely event that Spin My Party must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
