Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Spin My Party (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our 360 photo booth rental services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before reserving your event.
1. Booking and Payment
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
•The remaining balance is due before setting up photo booth the day of the event.
•Bookings are not confirmed until both the deposit and a signed agreement are received.
•Payments can be made via credit card, apple pay, paypal, or cash. (No checks)
2. Cancellations and Refunds
•Cancellations 24 hours or more before the event are eligible for a refund minus the deposit 10% of the deposit.
•Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the event result in loss of deposit and new deposit is required to rebook.
•If Spin My Party cancels for any reason (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or weather), the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Event Setup Requirements to ensure smooth operation, the client must provide:
•A level surface with at least 10x10 feet of space.
•A standard 110V power outlet within 25 feet.
•Weather protection if the booth is outdoors (tent, canopy, or covered area).
If these conditions aren’t met, service may be delayed or canceled without refund.
4. Use of Photos and Videos
•By using the booth, guests consent to having their photos and videos captured. Spin My Party may use select content for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.Guests who prefer not to be photographed or filmed should inform the booth attendant before participating.
5. Damages and Liability
•The client is responsible for any damage to the 360 booth or equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or guest misconduct.
•Spin My Party reserves the right to stop service if conditions are unsafe.
•We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or lost data resulting from improper guest behavior, power loss, or venue issues.
•Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the booking.
6. Privacy
•Your personal information is collected solely to process bookings and communicate about your event. We never sell or share your data with third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Cancellations by Spin My Party
•We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen events.
8. Governing Laws:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, and any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within the state.
